Issue: The concrete floor had significant undulations, the room accesses had saddles, the room layout was not optimal, and the lighting was not very good. All systems were old.
Client’s wish: Achieving maximum comfort for an elderly person. From leveling the entire floor, and facilitating access, to details such as curbless showers, floating vanities, good lighting, shower grab bars, etc.
