Argen Build was born as a professional home remodeling company.
Today it is that and much more.
How did it all begin?
I’m Luis Gonzalez, a Licensed Civil Engineer who graduated in Argentina.
I’m also the proud President of the Argen Build Home Remodeling Company here in NJ.
As a civil engineer, I am trained to design, plan and oversee construction projects.
This is what I have been doing for the last 21 years.
My business card: my professional contractor license.
It is the same age as Argen Build: 21 years. It has been active without interruptions all this time.
In case you’re not sure what this means, let me tell you that the professional contractor license is renewed every year in the State of New Jersey.
And you can’t renovate it if you have any pending issues, like client complaints.
At Argen Build we are a Licensed Company in the State of New Jersey, insured through branded Insurance Company.
My assets: a dedicated experienced team.
Like my excellent Lead Carpenter, Moises Zaragoza, who’s been in my team for +15 years.
Moises and I have been on +200 projects together to renovate or build someone’s dream house.
I also have another 2 lead carpenters: Juan Morocho (8 years with us) and Candido Martinez (3 years).
All of them are constantly coordinated with my Project supervisor, Leslie Checo.
She is relatively new to the construction industry, but outstanding in customer service.
She learned much about construction renovations and remodeling in the last 2 years.
My way of working: the Argen Build team guides and uniquely manages your project. We call it Person-2-Person, our own project methodology.
We treat you as a respected and cherished member of our community. Your vision, desires and needs come first.
We listen and guide YOU through the process of solving YOUR needs.
Also, we make sure it all happens in the smoothest way possible.
