Argen Build’s solution:
Finish the basement, redesigning it into a multifunctional space: most of the time it is a family room with a TV room and several games for the children, but when they have guests it transforms into a comfortable room with a private bathroom.
The basement also has a brand-new laundry area.

They hired us for the basement renovation. Afterwards, they hired us to renovate the rest of the house.
