Issue: Three aging commercial buildings that needed to be taken down to the studs and rebuilt on the inside. Two were former fast-food restaurants and one was an empty commercial space. Each needed complete interior demolition and a full renovation before it could become a working urgent care facility.
Client’s Wish: Our client first hired Argen Build for small repairs and maintenance at one of his urgent care facilities. He liked our approach and the quality of our work, so he came back to us for something much bigger: three new locations.
Argen Build’s Solution: We coordinated every phase of all three projects, from permit submittal through the final building inspection, and managed all the trades along the way. Having one team in charge of the whole process kept each build-out organized and on schedule, and meant the client didn’t have to juggle multiple contractors.
The result is three fully renovated urgent care facilities in Fair Lawn, Teaneck and Englewood, and a client who trusted us enough to build his business with us again.
